Rocky Mountain Radar Jammers and Jammer combos are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 36 months. During this time, you may return the jammer to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no charge.
Rocky Mountain Radar Detectors are guaranteed for 1 year. During this time, you may return the detector to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no charge.
WARNING: Tampering with the units voids the warranty. A $150 tampering charge will be assessed for repair of our units.

Rocky Mountain Radar sponsors the 36 months Factory Repair/Replace Warranty. If anything goes wrong with your product within 36 months, Rocky Mountain Radar will repair/replace at their discretion. All repair items must be returned to the manufacturer, Rocky Mountain Radar, for warranty action. Their address can be found in each products manual.

Rocky Mountain Radar provides a 1-year Ticket Rebate Program on all radar and laser jamming products included with each product. A customer must be registered to qualify for this program. A registration card is included with each product and must be mailed in to the address on the registration form within 30 days of purchase. Radarjammers.com is not associated with Rocky Mountain Radar's 'Ticket Rebate' program.
There will be a $40.00 restocking charge on each returned item to cover shipping and restocking costs.
Radarjammers.com will provide product shipping to the customer through a reputable carrier. The carrier will be able to track and provide proof of delivery upon request. Radarjammers.com will not be responsible for theft of product(s) after delivery. If you, the customer, feels your destination is unsafe, an optional "Signature Request" is available for a small fee. We require information from the user on our Order Form. A user must provide contact information i.e. name, phone number, email, shipping and billing address and financial information i.e. credit card number, expiration date, CID number on a secure server and is not seen by radajammers.com employees.
If we have trouble processing an order, we use the information to contact the user. This information is used for shipping and billing purposes only and is not shared with anyone. When we transfer and receive financial information we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors of this feature through a pop-up screen on our site.
